About Me
I began my career in behavioral health in 2015 out of a deep desire to be an ally and advocate for our most vulnerable individuals. My passion lies in providing strength-based, person-centered, and high-quality care to my clients. I started as a behavioral therapist before transitioning into a program director role, where I contributed to agency growth and led a team of dedicated clinicians.
I founded Blooming to expand access to services and to create an employee-centered agency built on a team of compassionate caregivers who share my commitment to clients. My goal is to continue serving the IDD community while also expanding to offer additional supports that promote growth, independence, and well-being.
In addition to my work at Blooming, I have also served as a hospice social worker, providing end-of-life support to individuals and their families.
Beyond My Practice
When Iβm not working, you can find me spending time with family and friends and embracing the outdoorsβwalking my dogs, camping, hiking, and fishing in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Spending time in nature - whether itβs a quiet morning walk, a hike, or just sitting by the water, itβs where I reset and recharge.
"Lead with heart, empower with purpose."
