Meet Staci, MSW, LCSW- Director, Therapist
About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health. I began my career supporting individuals with complex needs and have worked as a behavioral therapist, program director, school social worker, and hospice social worker. My focus is providing effective, evidence-based, and person-centered support to help individuals achieve meaningful progress.
I founded Blooming Behavioral & Supports to expand access to behavioral and mental health services and to build a supportive, employee-centered practice. My work continues to focus on supporting the IDD community while growing services to promote independence, well-being, and skill development.

- Bachelor’s in Psychology, Minor in Speech-Language-Hearing Science
- Master’s in Clinical Social Work
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Currently pursuing certification as an Offense-Specific Therapist (DVOMB)
Beyond My Practice
I enjoy spending time outdoors — walking my dogs, camping, hiking, and fishing in the Rocky Mountains. Time in nature is how I reset and recharge.
Meet Andrea, M.A., Graduate Student in Counseling, Behavioral Counselor
About Me
I am a behavioral health therapist with over 15 years of experience in developmental disability services supporting people of all ages and abilities. I specialize in helping individuals with developmental disabilities feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is person-centered and focused on building trust and mutual respect. I work hard to understand each person and tailor my approach to their unique needs and circumstances.
