What types of services do you provide?
We provide individualized behavioral therapy and supports in the home and community. Services are designed to help clients build skills, increase independence, and improve quality of life.
Where do services take place?
Most sessions happen in the clientβs home or in the communityβsuch as at parks, libraries, or other local settings.
Do families have to provide transportation?
No. Our staff can provide transportation in agency-approved vehicles once a transportation release form is signed. Families are also welcome to provide their own transportation if preferred.
How are services paid for?
There is no out-of-pocket cost to families. All services are covered through HCBS waivers.
Who is eligible for services?
Individuals approved for an HCBS waiver may qualify. If youβre unsure about eligibility, we can help guide you through the process.
Do you serve children or adults?
Currently, we primarily work with adults. Youth services will be available in the near future.
Do you offer group sessions?
At this time, services are one-on-one. However, we are open to offering group options in the future if needs change.
What qualifications do your staff have?
Our team includes licensed and trained professionals with experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families.
Can services be flexible to my schedule?
Yes. We work with families to schedule sessions at times that are convenient and best support the individualβs goals.
